Excellent work from quote to installation. I have got a good quote for a ducted air conditioning system. The sales rep Jacob visited us for the quote and d5od a great job explaining everything. I approved the quote and they booked the installation. They came on time and the team were so nice and understanding with our newborn. They were trying to keep the noise down for us. Appreciate all the effort guys cheers.

Fantastic job. Had Dale Air quote on a complex system of 3 split systems and 5x heads for a 2 story house. Patrick did a great job. The installers ( Jay and John ) where here for 2 days and the job was super nice, really impressed, super neat install, cleaned up when they where finished, couldn't be happier with their work. More than happy to recommend Dale Air for any heating and cooling work ( this is the second time we have used them ) couldn't be happier.

The installers were spot on time. Polite and on the ball. We had 4 head units and the main drive unit installed in 8-1/2 hours. Not only did they clean up after themselves they also took all the packaging materials with them. 11 out of 10.

A great result and experience.
The team did an excellent job installing our air conditioning system. There were a few challenges along the way with the install, but they handled everything professionally and made sure the end result was right.
The recommendation of the Daikin 3.5kW and 5kW units was spot on; they’re working perfectly and suit the space really well.
Clint and the installation team were efficient, respectful, and left everything clean and tidy.
Really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

Had Josh and his crew come out and remove our old unit and install our new air conditioning/ heater ducted unit, last Friday. Fantastic group of guys and excellent tradesmen. Jay and John did an amazing job of installing 3 multi head split system air conditioning heating units at our home this week. Super neat installation, super professional, super friendly, kept us informed through the process, took away old units and all the rubbish. Thank you so much! Excellent service. DaleAir installed an integrated air conditioning system with multiple zones at our 2 story place in Templestowe. Paul Q, Derise, Josh and Wasiel put in the ducted system upstairs. Clint and Tyson installed a multi split system downstairs. Flynn (the electrician) liased between the teams and set up all the zones. In addition, they had to take out the old gas ducted heating and remove an old evaporative system and close up the roof. It was pretty challenging for them to access the 2nd story roof and really dirty work crawling in the roof space or under the house. Hard to believe that most of this was achieved in one day!
Everyone was punctual, friendly, professional and very organised. They took great care not to damage anything. All the old ducting and rubbish was taken away and disposed of responsibly.
Our experience with DaleAir has been great. We are happy to recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from the team at Dale Air. Clint, Tyson, and Charlie were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
This father-and-son duo, along with Charlie, made what could have been a disruptive installation feel smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly courteous, respectful, and genuinely caring with my home and belongings. It’s rare to see such attention to detail—not only did they install split systems in every room of my third-floor apartment with precision, but they also took the time to thoroughly clean up afterward. They removed all the rubbish and even vacuumed the dust created from drilling, leaving the place spotless.
What really stood out was their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. They carefully demonstrated how to use the remotes and explained how to clean the filters, making sure I felt confident operating everything before they left.
Clint, Tyson, and Charlie are a credit to Dale Air. Friendly, hardworking, and incredibly considerate—I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service and workmanship.

We recently had a ducted air conditioning system installed by Dale Air, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
A big thank you to Callum, Rob, Flynn, and Hailey — the whole team was professional, efficient, and extremely easy to deal with. They removed our old gas heater and evaporative cooling system, completed the roof work neatly, and set up the zoning perfectly.
The installation was done quickly, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which we really appreciated. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent.

Dale Air provided knowledgeable and helpful advice and guidance from the very first on site visit. Information was clear and options were transparently discussed, helping me make a considered decision.
The work involved removal of full house ducted gas heating and two ducted evaporative coolers, and the installation of a reverse cycle ducted system - over two stories.
The installation team of Hayley, Jake, and Josh did a fantastic job; they worked as a close team all day, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. I was kept informed throughout the day and was delighted with the outcome.
The site was left spotless with everything working perfectly.
