I requested a quote online using their website and Brandon Cox reached out to me right away to schedule a time to come to our house for a quote. He was able to schedule us in at the earliest and most convenient time that worked for us. He arrived at our house and walked through our yard with us and made great suggestions on what would look/work best for a fence for us. He was helpful in planning around our drain and utility boxes. I received the written quote from him in less than 24 hours. We weren't ready to make a decision yet but Brandon checked in on us frequently and offered to answer any questions! He answered so many questions for us and was very knowledgeable. We have some low spots in our yard that need to be regraded before a fence can be put in and Brandon was even nice enough to recommend a landscaping company. I thought their cost was very reasonable for what they offer and the customer service they provide is excellent! The whole quote process was very quick and easy and comes at no cost.

I don't typically like to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I spent $20k on the fence and can't use the double swing gate. The doors will not open because they are rubbing on each other, the fence post also looks somewhat crooked. I have reached out a few times since last week and have left voicemails, no one will return my call to fix the situation.
Update
Dakota Fence did finally get back to me and had a crew come out to fix the fence post and double gate. I've changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star. The crew that came out was great to work with.

Everyone was wonderful!! Our salesperson, the installers, the people in the office. We got our fence a month ahead of when we expected it. That helped us so much, as we have two dogs who had to be leashed to go outside every time. Dakota Fence was a great company to do business with.

Good company and good fence for a reasonable price, the workers did a good job. I would recommend to them that they make sure to pick up all the bigger pieces of wire if there are dogs or kids using the yard as was my case, there was quite a bit left behind, so look out for that. It was a pretty efficient and easy installation process though.
