We’ve used Daisy multiple times for our Laguna Beach home. For our Palm Springs home, after shopping other AV providers in the Palm Springs area, there was no contest — Daisy OC was far superior. Even though they’re located in Orange County, Steve and his team agreed to help out and took great care of us … and still within budget despite the distance.
Andrew and Gio were professional, smart, and meticulous. Everything was completed cleanly and correctly, and when a small glitch popped up after they left, Andrew fixed it remotely and immediately.
Top-tier service, excellent follow-through, and results you can trust. Steve Stary and the Daisy OC team will be our first and only call for future AV needs.

It is not easy to find great support for small to medium home AV systems. All the AV service dealers in the area love to go to larger homes and service larger systems in the more affluent communities in our area but they don't care to come to a smaller home even though it would be a continued upgrade source for them in the future.
That is where Daisy AV fills the gap. They not only design and service a larger systems, but they have no problem helping people out like me who have a smaller 20 to $30,000 surround sound system in my living room with more to handle in my office.
They not only service my older URC remote system. They upgraded my remote system to a Control4 system and continue to help me with remote servicing and upgrades to it. They have also installed and configured new hardware for me in my office.
It's just nice to have a go-to source for all my AV equipment and any troubleshooting that might need to happen, much of which can now be done remotely.
I would not hesitate to recommend Daisy to anyone needing a new system design or a current system maintenance or troubleshooting - for any size system!
John & Jesse did a detailed checkout of the technology in my house from security, wifi, lighting to audio/video systems & did a fabulous job of explaining what was good & where I could make improvements via smart technology. They were extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Great service esp for people that done love doing this type of tech stuff themselves
Matt and Ben were super responsive and helpful with our tv emergency. We needed a new tv purchased, installed and ready to go in short order. Their crew came in and set everything up with the utmost professionalism. They were conscientious, detail oriented and extremely fastidious in ensuring the configuration was correct and the workspace was thoroughly clean. They had us up and running before we knew it.

Matt and his crew are truly professionals. Extremely responsive. Really smart. Their support is wonderful. I can't say enough of how professional, and technically savvy this company is. I would highly recommend them for anything that has to do with audio visual alarms, lighting, and any home automation.

Brilliant AV came highly recommended by our trusted IT company, so we reached out to them directly. We couldn't be happier. They made an appointment to come out and survey what we needed. Tim not only understood what we said we wanted, but also recommended what we really needed.
Everything on the quoting and invoicing system was seamless. They scheduled techs to come out and do the installation work. They were on time, professional, and very helpful in answering our questions and showing us how to work the equipment.
The wifi system they installed has worked flawlessly, whereas before we would have issues throughout the day. We also now have a beautiful TV in our backyard so we can sit outside and watch games. We are all ready for summer!

I have used brilliant AV for stereo Sound systems, installing a complete Lutron Lighting system system, House and outside cameras, and an automated sprinkler system. They have always been very professional, done an excellent job of installation, and communicate well. I would highly recommend them for any of their services. They are honest, have reasonable charges,and do very clean work, not leaving any mess.
