I had an extremely disappointing experience with this furniture store. I worked with a designer who came to my building and measured for a new couch, assured me it would fit in the elevator, and based on that I placed the order. When the couch finally arrived, it would not fit in the elevator at all, even though she was the one who measured. The store then refused to take responsibility.
Unfortunately, it did not end there. I also ordered kitchen stools that were supposed to come from North Carolina and was repeatedly told they were “on the way.” They ended up taking almost five months to arrive. To put it in perspective, I ordered a car from Eastern Europe and it arrived faster than these stools. For the prices they charge, this level of incompetence and complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for furniture unless you are prepared for long delays, broken promises, and zero accountability.

I can't say enough great things about Alisha Moore. She was so professional and helpful throughout my entire experience. I had no idea what I wanted and she some how knew how to turn my vision into a reality. Everything turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier. She was a joy to work with and worth every penny! My only wish is, I wish I had done it sooner. Now I am trying to think what I can have decorated next so I can have her help again.
I recently worked with Alisha Moore and I cannot praise her enough. She helped us furnish our home, something we have been putting off because it was overwhelming. She made everything painless.
