Feeling of confidence as soon as you walk in the door
My first time with this practice as I had just taken a young cat in whose previous owner couldn't look after. I only had her a few days when I started to think she might be pregnant but there was also the possibility of fluid build up due to a virus. Yoni took her for an ultrasound and the longer it took the more convinced I was that the result wouldn't be good. The smile on his face when he brought her back instantly put me at ease. She was pregnant and due very soon. He was very kind and gave me details of everything he'd seen in the ultrasound. I intend keeping one of the kittens and if it's a boy I might call him Yoni but don't tell the other Yoni. 😉

Probably the best veterinary practice I've ever been to and I've had many animals in my life so I've been to a few. Today I took my cat Molly to see Yoni for the first time. He was kind, funny, polite and very thorough. If all the other vets there are like him I would recommend it to everyone.
I can not thank Dafne vets enough for the amazing service I received from the out of hours vets yesterday 26/04/25 My very reactive dog had a seizure and really not good with men but the only vet that was available was a man 🥴 but he was absolutely amazing with my dog he was so patient and did not force my dog and worked with her in a way that was comfortable for her as she needed to be examined, I have been to a few vets with my dog and can honestly say this is one of the best. They really do understand relative dogs and anxious owners.

This is the second time I have taken Hugo for a dental procedure & I can't recommend this practice enough. Yoni put my mind at rest with concerns I had beforehand & nurse Christine was wonderful with Hugo's care. Everyone takes their time to talk things over, before & after the procedure. Thankyou Yoni, Christine, Sara & all the team for your kindness & professionalism.
We have used dafne vets for a few years now, since Eagle vets was bought out. We have been generally happy with their service, until now.
We took our boy (newfy) to see them after finding a lump on his tail. They confirmed it was a cyst, and we arranged to have it removed.
When I took him in, I confirmed his name and that he was there to have a cyst removed. They weren't sure whether they could do it by sedation, or anesthetic, but I agreed to whatever it would take.
When I collected him later that day, they said that they were able to lance it by sedation. I questioned this as I have booked him in for removal, as in my experience, lancing never lasts. I asked what the reason was, as there may had been a problem so they couldn't remove it. They had no answer, but said the vet would call and discuss it.
I paid the bill and left.
A few weeks later, and with the cyst still there, my wife called and booked him in for a check up, and for an explanation for lancing and not removal. They stated that he was only booked for lancing, but they rebooked him for removal.
Today I took him in for the removal. The vet checked his tail, and said that they could remove it, and went to get the paperwork. When she returned, she stated that they were intending to charge me again, double that of last time.
I explained that I was not happy with that as I had asked for it to be removed the first time, and they didn't do it. Her answer was that I had signed the consent form, and I should have checked what I was signing.
I replied that when I verbally ask for something, and you agree to it, I naturally assume that I shouldn't have to check to see if you had written it down correctly, and surely, if they had paid attention to what I was saying, someone should have said that he was only booked for lancing. In fact, my wife had said at the initial appointment that we didn't want it lanced and only removed.
I had no intention of paying them twice to do the one thing I asked them to do in the first place.
I will go elsewhere and pay someone else.
It's not about money, it's about service and acceptance of being wrong, neither of which they were willing provide.

You had every chance to discuss this when I was at your premises, but your vet chose to dismiss my concerns, and use a pathetic excuse to justify your actions. The mere fact that you have invited me to contact you to rectify this situation clearly shows your disregard for your customers.
