DAB Floor Care Limited Reviews

Maggie Blaylock 2026.10.28

Very impressed with the sanding, staining & lacquering of our room downstairs. Our wooden floor was reclaimed from a church, the previous owners had varnished the floor themselves (going round furniture & plant pots!). We can now see the beautiful grain in the wood & the floor is so smooth. We can't recommend Dab flooring enough.

Just had a rug cleaned by DAB, fabulous service. Dave gave me a quote from details and pictures sent on WhatsApp, arranged a time and date then picked up and delivered back looking fresh. Would highly recommend 👌🏽.

David was professional, diligent and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He takes real pride in his work and the results show that he’s also very very tidy, with minimal dust and no notable marks or spills on the skirting boards. I actually initially booked DAB too early and intended to have the floors finished before the new kitchen was fitted, they advised me to get the best results they should be the last part of the project. They allowed me to reschedule to later in the year with no qualms and then worked around the other trades timings. Brilliant service, brilliant result and will have them back for future projects for sure!

From first contact to final finish this was an exemplary service. Dave was polite, informative, and professional. No high pressure sales, and he also wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way. A floor I thought beyond repair was brought back to life and is a superb feature in the room now.

I highly recommend DAB Floor Care, I asked for a quote, he came so see the room, we had chat where I manage to better understand about wood floors, he even did a test on a small area with different possible finishes which allowed us to make the best decision. When he came to do the job, everything went smoothly and we great results. We are extremely satisfied with the results and now happy that we decided calling them to revitalise our floor. You won't regret the call.

We got Dave in to revitalise our very worn and tired mahogany wooden kitchen worktops back to how they were when we first got them 13 years ago. We are absolutely over the moon with the outcome. He is very professional and so dedicated and passionate about his work. Took his time explaining every step of the way. Always asking if we were happy. As he said, if we wasn’t happy he wasn’t happy. We were very happy. We would use him again and 100% recommend him. Thank you so much. Very happy customers.

Previous owners had painted over original wooden flooring, and after trying (and failing) to strip the paint myself I contacted Dave. He did an absolutely brilliant job at restoring the floor and bringing character back to the room, with super clear communication throughout about what was possible and what to expect from the process, and no mess left behind. Thank you Dave!

Our wood floors had lost their shine and colour and as we’re selling our house this was a major problem. Dave assessed the damage on his first visit and provided sound professional advice. The work was done in a day a week after and the result is transformational. The floors are like new and we’re so pleased. Dave also provides clear aftercare advice too. Highly recommend.

I recently had my travertine kitchen floor professionally cleaned by DAB Floor Care Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had originally planned to replace the flooring as part of our kitchen renovation, as the stone had never been properly cleaned and was looking quite bad. Dave completely transformed it—what a difference! The tiles now look refreshed, bright, and full of character again. Thanks to the incredible job he did, we’ve decided to keep the existing floor and save ourselves the cost of replacing it. Highly recommend DAB Floor Care Limited for anyone considering restoring their stone flooring—professional, skilled, and absolutely worth it.
