Let me tell you my experience in D.A Academy of North Carolina, I was nervios at first but with Ms.Terrica, Ms.Ruby, and Ms.Sara are so kind. I felt so welcome. They are so caring and keep you on track so you don't miss anything. My favorite experience was when we did the X-ray it was fun!! Ms.terrica would tell us about her experience as a D.A and she would give is advice what to expect. I recommend D.A academy 100% to everyone. You wont regret it. Thank you all. Im proud to be a D.A.

Graduated in February 2025 and just finished my coronal polishing certification! The owner, Ruby, is sooo nice and a great teacher. The teacher I had during the 12 week DA course was super sweet and supportive as well. Everyone has been super responsive and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you are wanting to become a DA!

Excellent and a great experience completing my dental assistant program. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and made sure we were fully prepared for real-world work. I gained hands-on skills and confidence. Highly recommend this program. I’m grateful for everything I learned.

I completed the 12-week Dental Assistant program and had a great experience. The classes were fast-paced but well organized, and the instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. We got plenty of hands-on practice with X-rays, sterilization, and chairside assisting, which really boosted my confidence. The externship was a huge plus and helped me feel prepared for a real dental office. Overall, it’s a solid program for anyone wanting quality training in a short amount of time.

Such a great learning experience! It’s 12 weeks which goes by so fast and that’s so nice. All in all they’re great when it comes to teaching and being available to any tutoring or questions you may have about the material. They’re polite, respectful and so thoughtful! The only hiccup I feel as if the school had was that we got a new instructor a little more than halfway through and we weren’t ever informed why or that we were even getting a new instructor until weeks later. I just felt like we pay a large amount of money to be here so deserve open communication about our education. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

As an aspiring dental assistant, I can confidently say that D.A. academy was the right choice in schooling! They’re quick course, and flexible class schedules make schooling doable for any work/home life. The teachers want the students to succeed and are very insightful and willing to answer your questions. You will leave feeling confident in the skills and knowledge you obtain!

Ms. Terrica was amazing, I literally love her. I never left class lost or confused and she always made sure we felt confident. She made class such a great experience and environment. I have never had an instructor this good in high school or college. The program itself was super informative, flexible, and convenient, and the externship is how I landed my job. It was not stressful at all, nothing like college overload, thank God. The scrubs were a 10/10, as well as everything else. So definitely join the program and set yourself up for success because they got you covered!!

Had a great experience at DA Academy!! Would recommend to any one of all ages. Flexible schedules with lots of hands on learning. Instructor is very knowledgeable, straightforward, kind and a pleasure to be part of her class!

I absolutely loved my experience at D.A. Academy! Before starting here, I always struggled in school, but the way Ms. Terica teaches makes such a huge difference. She explains everything so well and truly cares about her students’ success. The pace of the program and the textbooks are set up in a way that helped me stay on track and actually enjoy learning. I’ve done so much better in school than I ever thought I could, and I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made. I highly recommend this program to anyone considering dental assisting.
