Had some network issues with our printer due to computer changes on our side. Called up Da-Com's IT Service department, worked with Andrew, and he very patiently and expertly helped me get our system back online. Can't thank him enough because their equipment is pretty critical to our customer service function. Highly recommend Da-Com -- this was not the first time they have rescued us.

Da-Com and their technicians such Justin, is very knowledgeable, friendly and always comes with a smile on his face, He works diligently, detailed and ensures that his customer knows what the issue(s) were and if needed, shows you how to correct it. Erin, in the office, is friendly and helpful. She is always pleasant when taking our service calls or just needing information. I would recommend their services, especially Justin.

Our school was under construction most of the summer. The humidity in the building caused our paper to not go through the copier very well and was jamming up every job. I called customer service and they put a service ticket in. I was contacted within the hour by a service tech that said he would be to my location in a couple hours. Mind you, I'm an hour and a half away from Columbia. Our machine was cleaned and a few parts replaced and is working great. Excellent customer service and professionalism by the tech! Highly recommend!
