In February, we had staycation at Czech in Holiday homes. It was clean and big apartment with all home equipment what required for staying. Location is in Al Hamra village that is close to hotels, markers and bar. We stayed there for 3 days. It's amazing quite place. Providing service by Manie is extremely helpful. Thank you Manie for professionalism and supporting and explaining and been online all the time. Definitely we, will come back in near future. Regards, Olga&Franco

We had a wonderful stay, everything was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, the hosts were always in touch and incredibly responsive. Anytime we had even the smallest question, whether about check-in or something inside the apartment, we received quick and very detailed replies, which made everything so easy and stress-free. They also kept checking in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is brand new, very clean, and in perfect condition, you can really feel the care and attention to detail. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The room is so amazing with a great ambiance sea view. Our honeymoon was really surprised by the host . room was full of petal rose with the wine we love it. Thank you to Sir Manie he is very helpful and organize , me my self love to swim the beach is just 3 minutes to walked to the building, I will highly recommended to those who love short vacation in RAK with the beach side . And kitchen amenities are perfect 👋

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in JVC managed by Czech-in. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and the building’s amenities were excellent. We utilised the gym, pool, and even the paddle court. Access in and out of the building was easy and convenient, and having a supermarket right downstairs was a bonus. The space was clean and had plenty of room. Although there was some construction across the road, it didn’t impact our stay at all. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to others.

We have rented an apartment in Dubai Marina via Czechin Holidays.Our stay at Elite Residences in Dubai Marina was simply fantastic! We were lucky enough to stay on the 59th floor, and the views were breathtaking. We saw the yachts moored in the harbor, while in the distance we could admire the iconic Atlantis Hotel. overlooking the Palm Jumeirah. The apartment itself is modern, new, and exceptionally clean. Everything was fully equipped with all the comfort you could wish for. The open kitchen had everything we needed, and having a supermarket just around the corner was very convenient. There’s a restaurant downstairs, and within just a few minutes’ walk you reach the Marina promenade, where you’ll find countless cafés and restaurants to choose from. Each morning started perfectly with a warm, relaxing shower. For those who enjoy staying active, there’s a gym and a swimming pool on levels 5 and 6. We didn’t use them ourselves, but it’s great to know those facilities are available. Getting around was effortless. With the tram right in front of the building and a taxi stop nearby, we could quickly reach Downtown Dubai and the Palm area without any hassle. What truly made our stay exceptional was the smooth and friendly communication with the team from Czechin. They responded immediately to our questions and ensured everything went perfectly. Thank you for making our stay so easy and pleasant!

Dokonalost. S paní Ilonkou Kadlecovou jsem si pořídila již více než jednou nemovitost a nemůžu si jí vynachválit. Své práci rozumí a ví co dělá. Vždy mě provedla veškerými administrativními záležitostmi, které jsou s nákupem nemovitosti v Dubaji spojené. Komunikace byla vždy rychlá a přátelská.
