This company knows good service and customer support. Purchased a home with an older cyclone unit which has been discontinued since, and 3 years in something broke and needed to be replaced. Emailed tech support and 1) they were fast in replying 2) gave me the exact docs I needed 3) provided the compatible replacement parts even though the unit’s been discontinued, all of that within 24 hrs. They’re knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was going to get a kitchen-aid hood when this one died to match the rest of the kitchen but after this episode, I’ll probably stick with these guys for life.

I had a very positive experience with Cyclone technical support. We recently found the 2 LED lights that came with our Cyclone range hood (purchased in 2023) became very dim which was unexpected as LED light is supposed to last a long time. Our range hood just expired warranty for a few months and getting replacement light bulbs would cost over $50 with shipping. So I emailed technical support. Mike helped us to understand the problem with the light bulbs and from there we were able to figure out a more economic solution. Mike responded to my continuous query with patience and clarity. I appreciated his help.

We purchased a Cyclone range hood about 7 years ago and a recent power outage apparently fried the motherboard. A mark of a great company is how they provide after-sales servicing. The Cyclone service team in Toronto (Huntingwood Drive) is one of the best that I have come across... professional, timely service for a reasonable price. Thanks for a job well-done.

I received excellent support from Cyclone Range Hood even though I don't have the original receipt because the hood came with the builder upgrade package. I recommend the product and services to anyone considering buying a new range hood.

To resolve this issue promptly, I have personally packed and shipped two new fan blades (parts #UM07R and #UM07L) to you. I have also taken photos of the blades prior to packing to ensure you can confirm their condition.

Your replacement parts are on their way via FedEx, and we have provided the tracking number which you can use to monitor the shipment’s progress.

Buyer be aware!! I was sold a cyclone range hood without full disclosure. It was never disclosed nor was it noted on the product box that this model came without a bulb. Bulbs are pricey and it is important that this fact is noted on the box. All previous models came with the bulb.

Hi Chrys. Thanks for leaving feedback and we are sorry that the purchase was not what you expected. In talking with out service team whom you spoke with previously, it appears you purchased the only model that we sell without a bulb. This is a standard bulb available in many retainers (most likely available from the retailer who sold our fan in the first instance). We live in a 112 year old home in Virginia. We needed a very specific size of vent hood and Cylcone had it. The unit is beautiful and we love how it added to our updated kitchen.
