⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Quality and Service I highly recommend Cwalina Construction. The work they’ve done around my home has been efficient, professional, and done right the first time. Whenever I have a question or concern, I text Valerie, and she responds quickly and kindly. Brian, the general contractor, is extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. In one instance, when the marble seat in my newer bathroom cracked, Brian referred me to an excellent tile professional who replaced it perfectly. I’ve also seen some of the other renovations Brian and his team have completed — absolutely gorgeous craftsmanship. I’m so grateful for Cwalina Construction, Valerie, and Brian for their reliability, care, and beautiful work.

The best of the best. Such great attention to detail, and a level craftsmanship you don’t often see anymore. These guys can do it all! Most importantly, they will actually call you back! Called around to several others and they couldn’t be bothered. Brian was quick to get in touch, and unfortunately that’s hard to find in a contractor these days.

Brian and his crew installed a peaked metal roof for us last year. We had a flat rubber roof that was sagging. He also replaced our front window that was compromised, with three individual windows. On top of that he removed our front door that we never used and put wood tongue and groove paneling in the living room . He and his crew also installed hardie board siding on the whole house.

I recently had Cwalina Construction build a large family room and powder room onto to my home. I can’t imagine a better outcome. I have had experience with many contractors in the past, and never had the satisfaction of the quality and timeliness as with this job. This crew did the entire job which included grading the ground, pouring footings, framing, roofing, siding, gutters, plumbing, electric, windows, doors flooring, insulation and all the finishing touches. No subcontractors were involved. They were on the job every day rain or shine until the job was finished. The cleanliness and work ethic is top notch and they were very easy to work with including accepting changes. I highly recommend Cwalina Construction for a very wide range of work or repairs.
