I purchased a used truck with a tonneau cover that wasn’t opening. I brought it in and they took apart the latch system to see if parts needed to be ordered, found the issue to be an easy fix, and got it repaired and had me out of there in about 45 minutes and very inexpensive. Would definitely recommend just based on customer service alone
