ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! A 1 day turn around for my graduation stole that I needed ASAP and the end result, customer service, and communication was amazing! Being a small shop Danielle communicated via text which as a busy girl helped out SO MUCH!! I was so stressed about not getting my stole on time, but he helped me out so I can have a little bit of extra flare on my graduation day!! he also had great suggestions on how to make the additional embroidery work well with what was already on the stole!

Very unprofessional communication. I requested a quote through their website and was contacted by Daniel Kim asking me to send a picture of my desired embroider. He then proceeded to ignore me for three weeks. I attempted to communicate with him and ask him for a follow up for the estimate and he continue to read my text messages. I finally flat out asked if he wasn’t taking my sale and if I should find another company and yet again he left me on read.

I went here to have a graduation stole embroidered. Owner was kind and helpful. Went over the design and what l wanted. He accidentally ended up embroidering something else onto my stole but was apologetic and made it right. I am writing that into this review because I would make similar mistakes and we all do, we're human. But it's how we deal with those mistakes that defines us and he made it right. I was reimbursed for the stole and just reordered another and he did a nice job on the second stole. My husband is going to USC for his master's program this year and l will definitely be back for the owner to do another stole for that graduation as well! I definitely see why people come here. I will be back and am excited for another flawless execution!
