Adam came by to install a smart thermostat and did an excellent job. He explained how to use it and all the benefits and features super well and very clearly. Answered a lot of the questions we had before we even asked it, and walked us through each of the steps he was taking so he understood. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! I'M REALLY EMPRESSED AND SATISFIED BY THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIAN RYAN RENNIE WITH PROMTED EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! WE HAD APROBLEM WITH OUR FURNACE AND LAST WEEK WE HAD TECHNICIAN FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY, WHO DID NOT MUCH AND FURNACE STILL DIDNT WORK. I CALL BACK TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT OUR FURNACE IS VERY OLD AND ITS TIME TO CHANGE IT.... GUESS WHAT, HE WAS WRONG. RYAN FIXED IT EASLY, CHECKED IT 4 TIMES AND OUR HOUSE IS WARM AGAIN!
