I chose to use Cushion House directly instead of ordering through a 3rd party. Online ordering was super easy, so many choices with clear indication of price and delivery times. They give a 3 week ti eframe from completing the order to delivery; our cushion was held up just a few days as it was the end of year. Tracking of where yr order is at each stage is clear and easy to follow, my 1 inquiry was answered promptly. Great quality, super impressed with the quality, fits our daybed and space perfectly. I was a bit sceptical about the price at first was worried it wouldn't fit. But rest assured it was perfect fit my chair without any over hang would highly recommend this company of your looking on getting a custom size cushion thank u cushion house australia

Can’t speak more highly of the customer service and end product. I was nervous about ordering a custom (unusual shape) cushion online, but it arrived in the exact dimensions and great quality.
