I cannot say enough wonderful things about Curtis and the service he provides to our business! He is always so responsive and helps me understand all of the ins and outs to wireless service. We have such an affordable and great plan and he is so knowledgeable and saves us so much time vs going to a retail store or spend hours on the phone being transferred from person to person! I simply send him and email and I have a response in not time and my task is complete! I recommend Curtis and Platinum Network Solutions for anyone who doesn't have a clue about Business accounts with AT&T. I have worked with him for over 10 years and I'm not sure I'd ever know what to do without him. The 10 years prior to him were awful with being transferred from here to there and I never want to have to go back to that!! I give him my budget and he gives me every possible option for that budget and every upgrade is easier and easier thanks to Curtis!

This is the best way for a business to manage their AT&T account. I get personalized prompt service with professionalism. I get the best deals when I order new phone lines or upgrades for my employees and it is the same as dealing with business customer service but with a personal wireless consultant. They don't even charge for their services. I definitely recommend them!
