From my very first visit, I was impressed. The staff was friendly and gave me a full facility tour, showing me they offer far more than standard chiropractic care.
Dr. Kyle Fogel was incredibly thorough. He took the time for a detailed exam and X-rays, honestly discussing how my posture, fitness, and weight were adversely affecting my overall well-being. He focused on the root cause, not just temporary fixes.
My customized plan is intensive but highly effective: decompression, traction, adjustments, and a strict non-inflammatory diet.
I am about halfway through my plan, and the results have been incredible:
My general inflammation has drastically gone down. I can now perform simple daily tasks that were impossible before, like putting on my socks, tying my shoes, and getting out of a chair without support.

I signed up for a “special offer” at a local clinic that sounded like a great deal… but once I got there, things changed.
👉 First, they asked for another $100 for x-rays.
👉 Then came a request for $300 more for neck x-rays (that never even happened).
👉 And before I knew it, I was being pressured to sign up for a treatment plan costing $8,000–$9,000.
What started as a small promo turned into a high-pressure sales pitch.
Healthcare should be about patients, not profits. If you ever run into this, don’t be afraid to:

✔️ Say NO to pressure tactics
✔️ Get a second opinion before committing

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the first visit, I felt comfortable and confident in their care. Dr. Kyle explained everything clearly, including the treatments as to what I need. The team of Matt and Ruthie are truly helping me improve my mobility and reduce pain. My 21 year old daughter went the first time with a lumbar scoliosis curve around 34 degrees after having been told by an orthopedic surgeon that she was in range for surgery. Wanting to avoid surgery, we went to Natural Medicine and Chiropractic Specialties. Now she has been in the ScoliBrace for 1 year and her curve has been reduced dramatically to 20 degrees.
