Very disappointing experience. I went for a full body laser treatment, but the service was completely unprofessional.
Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was made to wait 45 minutes with no valid explanation except that they were overbooked — shows zero respect for a patient’s time.
The consultation was even worse. The main doctor, Jaspreet Gulti, seemed unsure and lacked basic knowledge, even stepping out to ask an assistant about simple skin-related things. This completely broke my confidence.
On top of that, the attitude was arrogant and disrespectful, and the clinic felt disorganized and poorly managed.
Overall, a complete disaster. Definitely not recommended.
