Ricky was wonderful. Was at the house in 30 minutes as promised and very respectful. Listened to our concerns and helped us find the dumb lid for septic tank. We discovered the last people that pumped it didn't leave enough behind to allow for the good bacteria and that added to us having a little septic backing up into the house emergency last night. I will definitely be calling them again for routine maintenance. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and professional. Their pricing is fair too!

My wife was at the house. Apparently mix up in billing. Technician came to the door and was asking for payment of the amount already paid online. No documented feedback to the customer on any findings either good or not so good. Lesson learned from previous service provider.

Ricky came out and assisted on a Sunday to pump the system and walk us through some small trouble shooting ideas.... we have been fighting for over a year to fix this septic issue and paid other companies alot of money ... this guy was great AND the issue was actually fixed !!! Plus the cost was minimal in comparison.

Had Cullison out to perform septic inspection on a house we were purchasing. Jessica was helpful to explain the process and scheduling. Onsite Eddie was very knowledgeable and helped us understand that the system was working but the roots will cause an issue sooner than later. So thankful for their knowledge to help us understand what we were buying with the septic condition. Awesome team. Will be using them for our next septic inspection!
Absolutely fantastic service. From beginning to end we were extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and communication. There employee Jordan was extremely respectful and more than willing to answer any and every question we had. Thank you from ownership, employees, and the office for going above and beyond to give the best experience around. If anything happens again I won’t hesitate to call Cullison back.
