Stopped by Central Texas Home Center to look at upgrading our manufactured home and had a great experience. The place is clean, laid back, and has a big selection. Tim the owner was welcoming right away, and Joe took his time showing us homes and helping us find the right one. Definitely recommend checking them out.

we are so thankful for our experience!!! My family and I were the market for a manufactured home. We heard about Central Texas Home Center and thought we would give it a try. We pulled up and their dealership was very clean and inviting. When we walked in we were greeted by the owner Tim and he was great. Santiago showed us around and they had a huge selection of homes. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us. He was very informative and helped us pick a home that fit our family perfect. We ended up with a Jessup Home and we are beyond excited to move in. This place was friendly, super easy and fun. I highly recommend Central Texas Home Center.

We just bought our first home from Central Texas Home Center and the entire experience was amazing. Our sales guy Joe, was super helpful and we never felt pressured. It was definitely a very warm and inviting atmosphere and we even met the owner Tim who was super nice. We highly recommend Central Texas Home Center if your looking for a new home.

They really work with you to make the home-buying process stress-free. We were impressed by their honesty and the quality of the homes on the lot. Ask for a tour and see for yourself! I highly recommend Tim and his staff if anyone is looking for a home. Tim treated us like family.

I just bought a Clayton double-wide home from Central Texas Home Center in Troy, and honestly, the whole experience was awesome! The place was super clean and organized, and everyone there was really friendly. Tyler helped us out, and he was great — super patient, easy to talk to, and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. They handled everything, even the land improvements, which made the whole process way less stressful. You can definitely tell it’s a family-owned business that cares about its customers. I’d 100% recommend them!

I went by the lot to go look at Clayton doublewides with my brother. We walked into the office and it was very clean and nice. Tyler greeted us, then showed us around the lot. He made sure to listen to what my brother was wanting. Needless to say my brother left a home owner! The owner happened to be there and also talked with us. It’s a family owned business which we really liked. All around couldn’t be happier with our experience looking forward to getting the house set in a month!

I recently visited Central Texas Home Center in Troy, and I was really impressed from the start. The lot was super clean and well organized, and everyone there made us feel right at home. Our sales guy, Santiago, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he took the time to really understand what my family needed and helped us find the perfect fit for us, which ended up being a Jessup double wide. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. They even handled all of our land improvements, which took a HUGE weight off our shoulders. Everything went smoothly and stress-free from start to finish. Honestly not the experience I expected AT ALL. 10/10! I also had the chance to meet the owner, and you can tell it’s a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. Everyone was friendly, honest, and down to earth. I highly recommend checking them out!
