My story leading up to an ABDOMINOPLASTY is a long one, but after I had a consultation with Dr. Riley, it was an easy decision to make, and one of the best I have ever made.
On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Joscelyn with a lovely smile, and warm welcome, then Jenise met me in a room, and was very pleasant and equally welcoming, making me feel at ease.
Meeting Dr. Riley was a little nerve racking for me, but before long, he made me relax .
It did not take me long to decide on this Procedure, and that this was the Surgeon I wanted to do it.
Dr. Riley's caring demeanor and bedside manner were unbelievable.
He and his lovely, professional staff put me at ease leading up to surgery, and after Surgery at my Post op appointments.
Dr. Riley called to check up on me several times, and so did his staff.
After years of being self conscious about my belly, I have now gotten my confidence back, thanks to Dr. Riley.

Dr.Reilly is the best from the consultation appointment,the staff ,the explaining he left no detail out answered all my questions to the day of the procedure he made sure I was ok before going in and and after he was always there available even when I was at home recovering he did such a amazing job I wish I had went to see him sooner for my surgery. It took me years to decide to seek a Plastic Surgeon who could perform an abdominoplasty and face lift who had excellent credentials, experience and was in high regard by medical professionals who have worked with him and past patients. After a year+ of research, I settled on Dr. Reilly who had just expanded his practice in CT to include NH. He provided the services I was seeking and assisted me with other services I sought. I found Dr Reilly to be attentive, caring, honest and patient, while educating me as to what each procedure involved and how it would or would not meet my expectations. With each procedure, however, he exceeded my expectation! I am a 68-year-old woman and was nervous when I first walked in the door of his practice. I cannot express how great my experience was from start to finish with Dr. Reilly. I had received top surgery with him, and was very anxious about the whole process. He was extremely thorough, explaining the entire procedure, recovery, and effects. The staff was also extremely welcoming, warm, and affirming. I felt no judgement and everyone used my preferred name and pronouns without fail. Even right before the surgery, I was calm because the entire hospital was nice, respectful, and explained everything.
If there are any other transgender FtM patients who are interested in top surgery, do not hesitate to reach out to Dr. Reilly's office. Everyone is informed and extremely kind. I also felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was slightly worried about something.
I had the privilege of being able to pay out of pocket for the surgery, but there are insurance options available. I can't thank him and the staff enough for my incredible experience!
Hands down, one of the best experiences I have ever had in an office! You will not be disappointed! Between the amazing staff and Dr. Reilly himself, you will feel well heard and taken care of! I opted for the in-office chin lipo and it was worth every single penny! Pain-free and stress free - in and out - easy recovery and AMAZING results! If you are even thinking about doing it, this is your sign to DO IT!
Dr Reilly performed a surgical procedure for me this past April and I was very impressed with the entire process. Not only did he do a fantastic job with my surgery but his staff was extremely caring and professional. They were very attentive to my concerns and needs as a patient paying out of pocket for a procedure that was labeled as “not medically necessary” by insurance and therefore not covered. I was in daily pain and it was affecting my work and recreational activities.
Dr. Reilly and his staff returned my calls when they said they would, answered my questions, and helped me to be confident about my procedure and the events as they would take place. They also helped me through the out of pocket payment process. I too am a health provider and we are only as good as our staff. Dr. Reilly did a fantastic job with my procedure and his staff is top notch.
Dr. Reilly and his team are absolutely spectacular! In the summer of 2023 they were able to fit me in very quickly for a consultation and my surgery was scheduled not long after. I chose to have my surgery in January of 2024 and my results have been amazing! I am a transgender man so finding a surgeon who took my insurance and was able to do such an amazing and fast job was super important to me in getting top surgery. Had a mastectomy/gender affirming surgery. Dr. Reilly and his staff especially Jenny, handled the procedure with genuine care. The office is welcoming and the staff remember who you are as well as call you by your preferred name. I highly recommend this office, especially for those of the LGBTQ community looking for care.
