We just purchased a shockwave machine from CT Medical. We were in need of it urgently as we had a shockwave clinic booked and our EMS Master touch screen was playing up and was waiting to be fixed from the local engineer here in East Sussex to fix it. Chris at CT Medical responded to me my SOS within minutes and after a discussion over the oho e he understood our urgency and was able to provide and deliver our new machine within 12 hours. I’ve been dealing with another company for 8 or so years and there is no way they would have been able to do this for us. CT actually stock the equipment which is why they are able to act so much faster. I am so grateful for Chris helping us out the way he did the defibrillator have our business going forward.
