I can’t say enough good things about CSI Transfers. Since Christmas, they’ve been my go-to shuttle service for trips between Halifax and Yarmouth, and every single experience has been exceptional.
Andy, the owner and driver, truly sets the standard for what customer service should feel like. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating—always willing to be flexible and make the journey as smooth as possible. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s transporting, which makes such a difference.

Andy is the most professional, and kind individual. I’m surprising my dad for Christmas and he has made the journey incredibly easy and successful. He has great communication and is an all around amazing person.
Andy was absolutely awesome! I was able to book a ride with him last minute via his website from the airport at 1am, and the next morning he picked me up at the hotel and delivered me to my door in Yarmouth. Very nice guy, and clean, comfortable van with lots of space. Will be using CSI Transfers again, as well as recommending to anyone who is looking for a ride to or from Halifax.
Andy was a massive help in completing my trip. He was incredibly accommodating, giving me regular updates before the trip, checking on me after my flight landed and even providing water for the drive. He’s an incredibly nice man, makes you feel comfortable and safe while driving and loves having conversations. The price was more than reasonable for how courteous he was. I would recommend his company for anyone going west of the Halifax Airport. Next time I come to NS he will definitely be the one I contact. 5 stars is way too low for the service he provided.
I visited family in Nova Scotia recently. It was my first vacation in 6 years. Andy at CSI was fantastic. It was easy to book through the CSI website, and Andy kept me informed and updated through texts. He is engaging, knowledgeable and professional. He had bottled water available and a complimentary Tim Horton’s card for coffee and lunch. He is a competent driver and knows Nova Scotia well. As his schedule allowed, he also dropped me off exactly where I needed to go, at no extra charge. I will be booking with Andy again and highly recommend CSI to travellers, locals and anyone needed Halifax Airport pickup and return along his route.

Good communication, we were able to bump my pick up an hour ahead since my flight landed early. It's nice not having to drive myself to Yarmouth and then being stuck with a rental I dont want! Thanks Andy, I will book again the next time I fly!
