Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time. The team at CrystalTax Inc. is just awesome. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they actually take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I met with Mr. Yasser super professional, straight to the point, was chill and really patient with all my questions. If you need solid accounting help, these are the people to go to. Highly recommend!
I wasn't expecting much at first, but CrystalTax Inc. completely changed my view. The entire staff was friendly, well-organized, and professional from start to finish. Both Mr. Yasser and Mr. Mohamed were fantastic, they know the system inside out and truly care about helping you do things right.

This office started off well, gaining people's love, then it gradually started to change for the worse, until it became concerned about the office fees that were raised insanely compared to other professional tax preparation offices, and unfortunately, it currently has poor customer service. Therefore, the office must focus for the progress in two things: reviewing the crazy fees and gaining the respect and trust of customers through excellent customer service. This is brotherly advice, That’s all.
I approached CrystalTax to handle payroll services for my business. During my visit, a team member advised me to obtain paperwork that turned out to be irrelevant to my needs. Furthermore, much of the consultation involved explanations of concepts I was already familiar with, rather than addressing my specific concerns. Despite this, I was charged a $200 consultation fee, which provided no valuable insights or resolutions for the issue I initially sought their assistance with. Additionally, I was charged an extra $100 to print a document from the IRS website, which I could have easily accessed and printed on my own. The experience left me feeling that this was more about generating fees than delivering genuine service. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of service provided and expected better professionalism.
Do not go there. This place is only interested in stealing people's hard earned money. That's it.
I had a very bad experience with them. They only care about money and nothing else.
I received a notification from the IRS stating that I had not provided proof of my taxes. When I called the IRS to confirm, they informed me that the W-2 form was not sent by the accountant. As a result, I have not received my tax refund and have been waiting for over a year.
When I tried to discuss this issue with Yasser, they were only interested in charging me for a consultation fee. He told me it was not their fault and claimed that the IRS does not want to pay my refund, which I find absurd.
Additionally, I discovered that my employer is facing the same issue with their tax refund, and Crystal was the one who prepared their taxes as well. This clearly indicates where the problem lies.

The business is very unprofessional and is getting greedy. They overcharged me and when I was talking to the staff member about it, another customer joined in on our conversation. Then, one of the owners with a beard came in and wanted to kick me out of the office because I was discussing the upcharge. The staff is unprofessional, and I’ve been going to them to file my taxes for years and was disgusted by their behavior. I do not recommend this place.
