Neil comes so prepared with all the cleaning solutions mixed and ready to use so it takes an hour off the whole cleaning! If every cleaner did this it would be amazing! He was very personable and explained every step taking enough time to put my nice furniture up on blocks so nothing got damp. He tried to get up every single stain and told us which one he couldn't get out. He cleaned up any water around my throw rugs he cleaned. The carpets were dry by the next morning with fans running . We also loved Jennifer that came out to give us a bid on the job. I would recommend them to everyone in need of carpet cleaning at an exceptionally great price! Appreciate how hard you all work !
