Marina was my stylist. She gave the best first impression as soon as I walked in.
I felt so welcomed, she gave the best friendly greeting. She was realistic with price points and was up front letting me know what the dresses starting point was at, she never wanted to push me away from my budget. She was not pushy at all! She wanted me to love my dress and she made sure she found my dream dress and at my budget point.
Marina was extremely helpful in every aspect, from picking out the dress down to helping me get in the dresses. I was not rushed, and she took her time to help and also was great with suggestions.
I wish my first encounter I had at another shop was as magical as she made it. Everything happens for a reason beacuse I found Marina and she helped me say yes to the dress!!!!!

Maryna is the absolute sweetest and best person I can ask for to take me on this bridal dress journey. She was so patient and kind this entire journey. She seamlessly worked with me from BOTH Manhattan and Brooklyn locations and never complained once about transporting dresses back and forth for me.
I can admit I’m a difficult person to shop for because I don’t know how to express my words and vision but Maryna never made me feel rushed. She kindly took all the time to explain everything that would work with my dress and what wouldn’t work with my dress.
She never tried to upsell me on anything and honestly I would do this experience with her over and over and over again. Honestly one of my favorite people on earth. I almost cried getting my dress in for the first time. Everything she was so patient for made my dream wedding dress come to fruition!
She carries such a wonderful selection of gowns. You will definitely find what you are looking for here.

I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Crystal’s Bridal, and the experience was nothing short of magical! Their gown selection is absolutely breathtaking, with designs that feel straight out of a fairytale. On top of that, the customer service was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making me feel special. Maryna was amazing! Omg I love this place! I am usually not one to take time to write a review but Marina and Julia, they are phenomenal throughout the whole process. She was there for all questions and kind and welcoming. Julia is a beast with her dress skills. I felt so beautiful I didn't want to take the dress off.

This was my first store and I ended up finding the dress!! I had an appointment with Maryna and let me tell you she is a gem of a human being. We tried on the dresses that I thought would be it and she finally gave me a style that I never imagined I would like. Behold it was the one I said yes to. It fit my body shape well and I was not rushed at my appointment. In fact I found it fun and I can tell Maryna is passionate about helping clients say yes to the dress without being pushy. The prices are what you expect at bridal stores but you get what you pay for and not the store's fault. I bought my dress in December 18th and it was shipped to the store in July, so make sure you leave some time for that as they may be handmade and delicate. I had contact with Maryna throughout and she called / kept me up to date on my dress, which I appreciated the personal touch. Maryna helped me with accessories such as the head piece and veil. The alterations were great also because the dress fit me perfectly and meeting Julia, the woman who did my alterations was amazing. She is also so sweet and you could tell the two women love their job and love seeing their clients be happy. Once I get my photos from the photographer I will upload to show. I had a wonderful experience picking out my wedding dress at Crystal Bridal Boutique. The staff is super attentive, friendly, and they have a wide selection of the most stunning gowns. Sharese was AMAZING at helping me pick out my wedding gown, and it was truly an emotional moment. I am so grateful also to Marya who helped me with the final fitting and showed my maid of honor how the dress worked so that it was easy on my wedding day. I had an incredible wedding that I’m so grateful for, and I am definitely grateful that I wore the gown that chose me as well as the veil that chose me. It was truly a dream. Maryna is absolutely the best. I have been to both their Brooklyn and Manhattan locations. However, the excellent service started before visiting. I was texted and asked to send photos of dresses I liked.
My first time visiting was in Brooklyn. It was a raining day in October and I went with my bridesmaid and mother-in-law. We welcomed and had the space to ourselves. Maryna would proceeded to show me dresses similar to what I sent in pictures. She would ask me what I liked or didn’t like about certain dresses. then she would move away and come back with a new dress that worked. Overall I tried 8 dresses and the last one was perfect. It was THE DRESS. Funny enough it turned out to be one Maryna’s designs. I did not know this when trying it on or any time before while trying on other dresses. I only found out until after I choose it. The dress came months later. I picked it up in the new Manhattan location and did my fitting there as well.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The price was exactly in my range and so much better in comparison to the place I stopped at before. Hands down I would recommend stopping here and trying on the wedding dresses. You will not be disappointed. I got my veil, tiara and dress from here.
