I had many quotes before Dino came to my house and totally Wow’d me with the options, the offer and the honesty. I’m so glad I finally got my new roof. What terrific service they provided us. They put our new roof on 5 years ago (which we absolutely love and highly recommend them), but today they went above and beyond our expectations. Due to a recent wind storm, we had tree damage to our lovely roof. I called them today at noon and they not only came out, they made temporary fixes so we don’t suffer any water damage with the rain coming in. All this within a couple hours. Mike Stone literally beat AI!!! I had seven companies evaluate and quote my roof. It was not an easy project and having a background in building I was very specific. I also used AI chat GPT to put together the most comprehensive system ever and come up with an abundance of questions and bullet points. All the other companies were embarrassing to listen to when tasked with the AI generated questions.
Mike Stone and CRS literally not only answered everything spot on but they found flaws and mistakes in the AI and then backed up their claims with screenshots from Owens Corning handbook. That guy is not human is kind of scary.
Job went flawless , price was good. Crew was clean. We are beyond happy

We called CRS for an emergency tarp after our previous contractor refused to help us during a critical moment. Dino arrived in less than an hour and quickly secured our roof, providing the immediate support we desperately needed. His responsiveness and professionalism made a strong impression and ultimately influenced our decision to move forward with CRS for our full roof replacement.
We later worked with CRS to install a new roof, and the experience was just as amazing. Kelvin was communicative, professional, and very considerate throughout the process. You can tell he’s detail-oriented and truly cares about his clients.
The team arrived early on the day of installation, completed the entire roof in one day, and left our property spotless — no debris or garbage anywhere. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend CRS!

We now have a beautiful roof! Responsive and helpful staff, supplying info and samples and addresses of roofs we were considering. Quick and clean work. We had some old, weirdly-sized skylights to deal with, and CRS figured out the best answers. And, when we were getting bids, they were the only company that actually looked into the attic to see what kind of venting we had. Or didn't have. Highly recommend.

What can I say? CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Mike Stone was patient through all of our questions and revisions, communicative, and ensured we understood the process. Kelvin was also communicative and great to work with, even walking through the house with me before the project started to answer questions about how installing siding, or replacing the roof could affect paintings on walls, recommending where we should take them off the internal walls just to be sure no damage was done. He was also very easy to work with and ensured I always understood what they already did, as well as next steps. And every crew member that came on our property was respectful and easy to work with as well. We had the roof, siding, gutters and front door replaced, as well as new attic insulation added; and again, every crew leader was also pleasant, even asking me to talk to them directly if I saw anything I wanted changed, or had questions about. There were a couple of minor punch list things to take care of, and Kelvin ensured those things were taken care of promptly, and with excellence.
I highly recommend CRS. As I said to them - I've done business with several contractors over the years, and these guys were actually a pleasure to do business with. 5 stars all around!
