We had Crown Care Tree Surgeons come a week ago to pollard our apple tree and trim up a few others. Paolo was very knowledgeable and had quoted us a fair price for the work at the initial assessment. On the day, the work was carried out efficiently, cleanly and to a high standard. We would happily recommend Paolo and Crown Care to anyone. Thank you.
Excellent service from Paolo and his associate. From first diagnosing the problem with our tree through to disposal including stump grinding, we are very pleased with results. Paolo also had to remove and replace a fence panel to allow access for his machinery. This was achieved with the minimum of fuss. I can recommend Paolo to anyone who needs tree problems resolved.

A good start followed by an excellent job of removing a difficult to reach bough from our tree.
The job was carried out without fuss and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

I’ve used Crown Tree Surgeons twice now, most recently for pruning two overgrown olive trees in my garden, and once again they did an excellent job. Both gentlemen were polite, respectful, and very efficient, exactly following my instructions on how I wanted my tree to be done. They left the garden tidy , just as they found it. The price was reasonable for how much they needed to deal with my trees and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend Crown Tree Surgeons and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank You ☺️
We (Jen) had used Paolo and CCTS before and had an excellent experience. So when we needed guidance on a couple of very large trees in a new neighbours garden and needed to be confident that when we broached the subject with them we knew what was needed and that the job would be done professionally we had no hesitation in going to Paolo. Because CCTS are so good, we had a short wait to get the job done, but it was done so well and with such attention to tidying up afterwards, that the new neighbour booked him in for another job and then their neighbour did the same! Extremely happy with the work done by Crown Care on our new home: a large tree removal / pruning job where one very large tree was becoming unsafe and two other sizeable ones had been allowed to take over much of the garden, making it feel far smaller and severely restricting driveway access. Paolo was both responsive and proactive from the quote stage onwards, keeping me well-informed at all times. He kindly set aside logs and branches (chopped into manageable pieces) plus a lot of woodchip for us to use in the garden. The job was made much more difficult and tiring for him and his team thanks to truly terrible weather on several days, but was still completed on schedule. Paolo is friendly and knowledgeable and the standard of work is top notch, carried out quickly and efficiently. I'm happy to recommend him and will look no further if we ever need more work doing.

After nearly giving myself a hernia trying to get some stumps out my daughter suggested I contact Crown I can honestly say that their service was first rate very quick to come and quote turned up at the agreed time and date did a professional job and cleared up all the mess for a very reasonable price the work also involved removing and replacing a gate to get the grinder in I was very impressed!
Outstanding company headed by a polite, knowledgeable and helpful chap by the name of Paolo. He came to my property, showed respect (which many workers do not) and was able to identify the issues I had, offer advice and give me a very reasonable quote for the work required.
After a very short lead time he and a colleague came along and sped through the task. Really great workers. I'm more than happy with the results.
