I can’t say enough about Team Crowley Dental! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, you are treated like one of the family. Kind, caring, compassionate, and so incredibly knowledgeable! They also do so much for the community! My 10 year old is always so excited to see Dr. Kirby!
Just a heads-up, when you call, make sure you specifically ask the front desk if they are in network with your dental insurance, not just whether they accept your insurance. There’s a big difference and I learned the hard way.
They told me they accepted my insurance but failed to disclose that they were actually out of network. Unfortunately, that left me with a very large bill. I can’t help but feel that wasn’t very transparent, especially knowing providers often receive higher reimbursement when they’re out of network.
As for the service itself, it was honestly pretty mediocre. The cleaning and overall experience weren’t nearly as good as I’ve had elsewhere. It wasn’t terrible just ok.
Team Crowley has been like a family member to me and now my full family going on 18 years. The entire staff is welcoming, their latest remodel is fresh and welcoming to all patients. I would only recommend them in the Green Bay and surrounding area and Beth is the best! Thank you for all you do for me and my family.
Very nice & easy to talk to…I have MS it was a cold windy day … I lost my balance & fell right in front of the office. I called inside right away… next thing I know out comes the receptionist & then Dr. Crowley… they helped me up , walked me in & made sure I got to my chair alright. Thank you so much!!!
I had a cleaning done a few fillings and like many I have dental anxiety. Dr. Kirby was very quick and thorough and with the 3 fillings I was in and out within 45 minutes! Super quick, got me numbed fast and was quick and easy. Super friendly staff, fast service and nice and gentle! I don’t feel ashamed or embarrassed to ask questions or to be nervous. Highly recommend :)
