Customer service is terrible. I called because their work crew accidentally came onto my property and cut the power to my house when they were supposed to be working across the street. No harm, no foul, power was restored. However, the girl who answered hung up after stating they weee working across the street. I called back and she insisted I was wrong, that they were never at my house and didn’t turn off the power. They did. That’s not how you handle complaint calls. I have no idea if they do good work, but I can definitely say I will not be using them after that interaction.

Our CSR told you she would speak with the electricians to find out what happened and get back to you. After speaking with the crew, they confirmed they were working at the correct property and did not disconnect the power to your home. This was their second day working at that customer’s property, and there was no reason for them to shut off power there or at your home. In fact, they did not need to shut off power even at the customer’s property they were working on that day. If power to a home were intentionally being disconnected, that would be done from the electrical panel.
You also mentioned that you were not at the property when this occurred and had been told by someone else that our crew had disconnected your power. Based on what we were able to verify, it appears your power going out may have coincided with our crew working nearby, but our electricians did not enter your property or disconnect your power.

I designed a built in buffet in my dining room. This included removing the center chandelier and replacing with recessed lights and wall sconces . The job also included new electrical outlets for beverage frig and built- in outlets for my countertops. Andrew helped pick out the perfect ones to match my hardware of brushed brass. Absolutely beautiful! Liam and Chris came multiple times to accomplish this and I have to say , they were so reassuring with my decision making and so professional and neat. These electricians are used to working in existing homes and have full respect with leaving your home just the way they found it! I enjoyed doing this project with Crowe and also have to give them top credit for great communication with the girls who schedule and make sure everything goes seamlessly!
