They are some scammers they took over 2000 dollars and my truck ran a week they said they have warranty but they go around it not cover it I advised everybody to stay away from them please share don’t let those scammers get over you

Hi Otis Martin, we understand your frustration, but we want to clarify what happened. When you brought your vehicle in, you declined a diagnostic service and requested a specific repair based on what the dealership had told you needed to be replaced. We completed exactly what you asked for. The total amount for that repair was $1088.13
When the same code returned, we honored the part warranty and replaced it at no cost to you. Afterward, the vehicle was sent back to the dealership at your request for reprogramming. The dealership then confirmed the issue was not programming-related — it was a faulty valve body, which is a different component and the true cause of the problem.
Because no diagnostic was performed at your visit, ( per your request) we simply followed your instruction for the specific repair you authorized.

Brett & his employees are all informative & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions I could tell the few other places I got quotes from were annoyed to answer. Daily communication and updates on my truck, smoking prices & great customer service even after the sale. Will not bring my vehicles anywhere else. 10 stars.

I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone! They got my truck back on the road in what felt like no time! And the price was very affordable. It’s a one stop shop, I can’t wait to go back for a lift kit and tires!

I went to CrossPoint because of the reviews I saw. I had a wonderful experience with the owner. Miss Amy was a very kind soul. She explained everything to me. I had previously brought my car somewhere and she spoke to me her honest opinion before throwing a charge on there. I asked her if she gave discounts to college students. She told me they do monthly promos for locals and to check the updates. The next day the promo was set for college students. Highly recommended! Will be back!

If you need any kind of mechanic repairs or new tires, this is hands down the best shop in Broussard, Youngsville, or Lafayette! The team at Crosspoint Automotive is honest, fast, and really knows their stuff. They fixed my vehicle quickly, gave me the best price I could find, and even beat the big tire shops on cost. Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. I came in for an alignment and found out my tires were worn down badly. Crosspoint Automotive gave me an unbeatable deal on new tires, mounted and balanced them fast, and my car drives like new.
