Outstanding coaches. Amazing community support and encouragement. Safety and technique (proper form) is always emphasized. On the days “I just don’t have it” - and force myself to just walk through the front door - showing up makes all the difference because when class ends, the energy, the feeling accomplishment, and the camaraderie was worth it all! And oh yeah, I’m getting stronger and building endurance - so there’s that! So thankful for the entire ecosystem of CrossFit Iron Horse - simply the BEST!

I’ve been going to CF Iron Horse for only two days and it’s already feeling like my gym home with the connections I’ve made with the owner and coaching staff. They’re very approachable and friendly and I’m excited to continue building a relationship with them through fitness and in life.

I did a drop in to join my daughter who is a member. I’ve been to many CF gyms across the country and Iron Horse is at the top. The coaches, the facility, the people and the attention to detail in everything from the condition of the equipment to the structure of the workout was top notch. Stop in and see them if you can!!

I have been going to CrossFit Iron Horse for 2 months now. I have always liked CrossFit style workouts, but I have been scared and intimidated. I am so glad I was brave enough to walk in to CFIH! They have taken the “scary” out of Crossfit for me! Every coach is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Every coach and member is so welcoming. The coaches and the owner remember your name! I have been very impressed with the coaches ability to meet me where I’m at, and make sure I get the workout that is appropriate for me. HUGE BONUS: the gym now has AC!

This is the only CF gym I have been to and it is wonderful! The coaches are INCREDIBLE and very hands on! This is my favorite thing about this gym. They coach you the entire workout. 10/10 recommend! Also PT with Libby is a must!

If you have been wanting to give CrossFit a try, CrossFit Iron Horse is the place to do it! I have been a member for about one month and I am so glad that I found this gym. There is a strong culture of community here that you will feel as soon as you walk in the doors. The coaches and members do a great job of making new members feel welcomed. Every class that I have attended I have been greeted by name from the coaches and members have introduced themselves. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and ensure that the exercises are being performed correctly during class with an emphasis on form over weight. The facility is large and can accommodate over 22 ppl per class. Equipment is clean and in great condition. There are multiple different price packages offered and additional support such as dietary counseling and InBody scans if desired. Whether you have been doing CrossFit for years or you are just starting out, you will feel welcomed and supported at CrossFit Iron Horse.

My experience with CrossFit Iron Horse….complete, and comprehensive! ALL the coaches are very helpful with correct movement of every workout and extremely patient. I’m 52 years young and learning new workouts and techniques to become mentally challenged and physically fit. All I have to do is show up, and I do!
