I’ve been a member of this gym for years and there are good reasons for my longevity. The coaching has been great. The workouts are always challenging and can be adapted to any athletic level. Plus we have fun!

I have been a member of this gym since the very beginning so this community has been a part of my life for 15 years. The support and encouragement I get has fueled my fitness and health journey, and allows me to adapt as needed as I get older. For new members or drop-ins it offers a welcoming environment that meets a wide variety of fitness goals.
26 fitness is the most fun you can have while working out. If you are just getting started or are a seasoned gym goer this is the place for you. The people are friendly, the coaches are amazing and helpful. There are movements for every ability and I know because I am almost 60. There are always fun challenges and a licensed dietitians to help you reach your goals or maintain your sexy. Come give this place a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!!
I've been a member here for two years and what I love most about this gym is how accessible they make the workouts. Some gyms set a high bar for what they expect you to be able to do, or how hard they think you should be able to work. I feel that Two Six is really wonderful in providing different options for movements so that you can scale for where you need to be that day, while taking into account whatever injuries you've had in the past or whatever might be aching you today. I get feedback in every class from the coaches, the class times are easy to fit in my schedule, and the location is central to my commute. It makes it easy to stick to a routine here

Walked into CrossFit 26 two years ago and did “Christmas in July” & it’s been a gift that keeps on giving! What a diverse, inclusive & respectful community. No clique, no cult; just a wonderful group of individuals. The coaches are some of the best in the industry; knowledgeable, attentive, intuitive and grounded. Highly recommend!
Rad drop in experience! Very competent coaching (thanks Terrell!), great programming (thanks Kim!!), warm members, hip set-up. I had a really wonderful time and excellent workout. Would highly recommend! :D

I have been going to 26 Fitness for nearly five years. It’s a very comfortable and inclusive gym. It is truly for anyone of any age and skill or fitness level, and all of the workouts can be scaled to what your body needs. A bonuses at the owner is a registered dietitian and does nutrition coaching as well as nutrition challenges. It is also a very philanthropic gym that regularly supports local non profits .
This gym feels like a living room filled with your friends! The workouts are challenging and fun and the company is supportive and super engaging. I’ve never felt so welcome at a gym!
I joined Two Six in January and have loved the community and thrived under the coaching. I’m able to do things now that didn’t seem possible when I first joined. The coaches guide you with steps to achieve your personal goals, no matter what they may be. Two Six is the perfect combination of an approachable atmosphere with inspired coaching.
I dropped in here for a couple workouts while visiting STL. It's a nice, super spacious gym with a solid variety of equipment -- everything you'd need. The coaches were very throrough with warm-ups, workout prep, and discussing strategy for the workouts. Classes were small at 6:45am, which I prefer. It stood out to me how one coach was telling me about other local gyms to try out; it's obvious they have love for the CF community and not just their own business. Solid folks all-around!

Joining CrossFit 26 has been a beneficial experience. From the on-ramp process to the first class that I participated in, the staff at CrossFit 26 has been attentive and supportive of me and my fitness goals. Each instructor has taken the time to get to know me, my strengths, and weaknesses, and takes time to affirm the things I do well while strategically helping me correct the things that need work.
The other class participants are just as friendly and helpful as the instructors. When I began, I was tentative and wondered how people would perceive me. My fears were put to rest after the first week. The other class participants are encouraging and supportive.
Daily I am challenged to dig deep and achieve more than I did the day before through a welcoming and supportive environment.

Can't say enough good things about this place, I reached out to Kim because I'm searching for a new CrossFit box closer to home after my recent move. She invited me to drop in this morning for their 8:15 class led by Gary, I had alot of fun and the workout programming was fantastic both Kim and Gary are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and are quick to make you feel like part of the group even if you are just visiting, I have to say even if I don't end up choosing this box as my new home I will definitely drop in again some day
