First time visiting this optician and the whole experience has been wonderful.
Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff here.
Optician was superb and informative. He picked up on a life long issue that no other optician had mentioned.
Prices are excellent. Certainly comparable if not more affordable than the other opticians I have used. They also have deals for people who need more than one pair of glasses.
The range of frames is extensive. From budget to designer and everything in between.
They can even update your existing frames with your new prescription if you want. Something that no other local optician seems to offer.
Most importantly my new glasses are brilliant and I can see again!
Great opticians and highly recommended. I only wish I had discovered them years ago.

We have been coming here for years..
My daughter was referred from Alder Hey as a little girl, she’s 14 now.. She won’t go anywhere else..
This years eye test was better than ever.. The new frames are amazing.. So many to choose from..
Maisie loves all the staff.. She has additional needs and the staff are so patient with her!
Niki knows Maisie so well and goes above and beyond to help her with the whole process…
Today she picked up her new glasses which look amazing.. We had her lenses thinned and anti glare.. The difference is unbelievable! We love them..

Visited the opticians today with my five year old son with additional needs this lovely man at this opticians made my day my son screams most of the time he done it right the way through my eye test I felt like I wanted to run away as alot of times people don't understand my son and we leave alot of places this man at the opticians really is one of the nicest people I have ever come across if you see this thank you again your understanding and kindness had me with tears in my eyes

This practice has consistently provided both my husband and myself with excellent customer service. They are very patient with their customers and offer supportive after service. We appreciate that, unusually these days, they will update the lenses on your existing specs, as long as they are in good condition.
Have had my vision checked & bought glasses here for many years. The staff are brilliant & provide a thoroughly professional service. Nothing is too much trouble for them & they take great care to ensure that everything is done to look after my sight. They give great advice about the choice of frames & there is no hard sell - just a real commitment to making sure you leave the shop with frames you love & the lenses you need. Highly recommend.
