Kristof was phenomenal. He arrived 20 minutes early with my expectation being anything less than 5 minutes early is late. Huge bonus. He had waters everywhere, and snacks, and only put music on when my wife asked for it. Unloading, he literally handled every bag like loading. Everyone at our hotel knew him and all of it couldn’t have more seamless.
Outstanding service from start to finish. The chauffeur was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the journey. The vehicle was immaculate, comfortable, and well-presented, making the whole experience feel very smooth and relaxed.
Communication was excellent from booking through to drop-off, and everything ran exactly to schedule. It’s rare to find a service this reliable and consistently high-quality.

We used Croosr twice on our vacation and they were exceptional both times. We were traveling with our toddler and they provided a wonderful and clean car seat for us. Both vans were comfortable and clean and our drivers, Kristof and Dragos, were so kind, safe and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage. We will definitely be using them again!
