Superb service again! We used Critter Control a couple of years ago for rats in the attic. Two days ago we heard noises again and called them back. Customer Service was friendly and prompt and they offered me an inspection date within two days of me calling. Ryan called me the day before to tell me when he was going to call. He was on time and carried out a thorough inspection. He was really informative, helpful and friendly - 5 stars! Everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly. I’d recommend to anyone.

Corey Amica is an outstanding technician that must be recognized and celebrated by your company. The racoon that was entering our attic was caught in less than 24 hours from trap being set. Corey’s expertise, calm demeanor and reassurance that the issue would be resolved was key in our recontacting your company to have the required roof and soffit seal up performed by Critter Control. Ryan also did a great job in explaining how the repairs would be done and fully explaining the warranty. Thank you!!!

CC was called to remove a Mother raccoon from our attic. She was persistent but not as persistent as Critter Control. They were able to catch her and did a great job cleaning up the damage and the mess. From first contact with Bill to finishing the work we were pleased with their rapid response. Don't effectively get rid of squirrels. Poor quality and looks like a person with no fingers did the work. Chose a better company afterwards that was quite efficient.
