I will say they did a good job on the parts of our house that got clean. However, it was not worth paying for a deep clean. It totaled out to be $482 and our whole home was not cleaned. Whenever I talked On the phone to get a quote for how much it would be to clean our home I was told it would be $82 An hour for a deep clean and that they would be sending two people out, and it was not clarified that it was per person per hour that we were paying. But since we had already put down the deposit when we got the confirmation we decided to go ahead with the deep clean since it showed that it would only take them about two hours to finish. I wish we had just cut our losses on the deposit and went with someone else bc we still had to come home and finish cleaning. And after spending almost $500 that’s pretty frustrating. And our home is not in bad shape. I clean it weekly but just wanted some extra help deep cleaning. Our home is also pretty small. 1390 square feet. We put stuff away so that they could just come in and do the deep clean.
But after an hour and a half, I got a message saying they had only finished Our master bedroom and the two bathrooms. So we added another hour to it, and I still had to come home and clean the two other bedrooms, the entry way, our hallway and our laundry room. If it had just been a basic clean that we paid for we would have been happy with the service, except for the fact that I still had to come home and still clean half of our house. But we unfortunately just won’t be using this company again since it was so pricey for what was done. For example, the kitchen was cleaned however, when we opened up the oven, there wasn’t a big mess, but I had Spilled some muffin mix in the oven a couple days prior to them coming and hadn’t gotten around to cleaning it, but those two spots in the oven were still there and our microwave on the inside wasn’t cleaned. Again, it was nothing crazy that needed to be wiped up. It’s just a little bothersome that we paid so much for a deep clean, but it looked more like a basic cleaning instead. And then again still had to come home and clean because we couldn’t justify paying them for another hour, and risk getting another message that it still wasn’t done and having to add another hour. I think it would be more reasonable for them to Give a set price to customers for a deep clean on a home even if that means having to come out and look at your home prior to see what a reasonable price is for them to clean the home. They did not do a horrible job again on the rooms that they cleaned. It was just more of a basic clean in our opinion than a deep clean. And very frustrating that we paid so much money and still had to come home and clean our house. Because it was not a cheap service and it’s one of those things to where you look forward to someone coming in and getting your home reset for you because it’s kind of a splurge and then getting a message saying you need to pay more for them to continue cleaning when you’ve already paid so much money. And you don’t know if they will message you again saying they’ve only finished one more room so they need to add another hour.

My wife and I ordered a post construction cleaning and were told they would do walls, ceilings, fans and cabinets. Pretty much everything but when we came to see we noticed that about 50% of the walls still had dust like someone went over them quickly or not at all. We have an island in our butcher with 8 cabinets and those were all missed, and a closet in our entry hall was missed completely. I had to move back in asap so my wife and I had to finish the cleaning, when we tried to call and tell them what happened, I left a voice mail and they never called back. If you’re looking for post construction cleaning look elsewhere if it’s just general cleaning you might have better luck. Will not be using service again.

We had Guadalupe from Cris’s Cleaning clean our home today and she did an absolutely fantastic job. We have a 2,000+ sq. ft. home with 4 bathrooms and multiple pets, so there is always pet hair everywhere, and she left everything spotless.
I also added on an oven cleaning, and I honestly can’t believe the difference — it looks brand new. The stainless steel in my kitchen is shining and looks brand new as well. You can really tell she paid attention to detail and took pride in her work.
Also, they have fantastic communication and customer service behind the scenes too. They have accommodated my schedule and worked around my needs.
