When you are up against the police, district attorney office and the judges, many of whom act like a third prosecutor, you do not need an attorney to add to your stress by trying to scare you and causing you additional trauma.
As I inform each client, I attempt to educate the client on exactly what the law is and what the State of Texas must prove in order to convict a person. Just because you have been arrested and charged with a crime doesn't mean that you will be convicted.

Being hired as the second or third attorney for an individual makes a case sometimes more difficult because the first law firm is content on accepting any offer that they receive. and as you stated, you were charged a fortune by a law firm and Collin County that didn’t do anything for you except charged you an exorbitant rate and wanted to charge you on an hourly basis and require you to put funds and trust so they could just keep sucking money from you.
