Funny story here! I was at the BMV about a half of a mile from CRI Digital. I needed to print something and checked surrounding areas and this business was one of the options. I arrived and was welcomed by Marcelo. I asked about printing services and he stated that they actually sell printers and are not a printing service company, per se. However, Marcelo offered to print what I needed anyway, which I greatly appreciate. I met another employee who was very kind and we talked about the printer business in our fast-paced technological, digital world. I wanted to write a ln amazing review for them as small businesses are crucial for our economy. If they helped a stranger by printing a 2 page document due to my own error, I would imagine they operate a trustworthy business. Check them out and know that you will receive phenomenal customer service!!! Thank you, Marcelo and team!!!

Nothing but a great experience for our commercial printing needs, from quoting, install, service, and support. Doing business with a family run printer company was the greatest decision I’ve made in my life. The owner and his employees made my life 100 times easier with setting everything up and teaching me and my coworkers how to operate the printer to get the most out of it. Everyone is happy to help you and they are always on top of everything. Never experienced any inconveniences or issues with them, they run a well oiled machine. I will continue doing business with CRI and recommending them to whoever is in the need

I work for Surge Staffing in LaGrange, Ga. I recently had to call CRI to order another toner for our printer, and needed an update/tracking information on when it would arrive. I sent the email to the support team and within minutes, I received a phone call from Scott DiFrancesco. Scott went above and beyond to help me, in providing me the tracking information for my toner. I also asked if I could go ahead and order another toner, so that I have a back up toner, and within minutes of our phone call ending, I received an email from Scott letting me know that my additional toner has been ordered and would arrive within 2-3 days. This is a new process for me and it was hands down, the easiest, stress free customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you Scott!

That’s amazing place to buy a copy from always up in the top Help respond quick come to your service your machines and house update, software, Scott, and the family and everybody working.
