First class in every way. Welcoming, efficient and warm office staff plus state of the art equipment. Dr. Kratz is very positive and professional. He showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything in a way I could understand. If you’re looking for a great dentist and positive dental experience, this is it.

I was extremely pleased with my semi annual visit. All of the staff was friendly and professional. I had minimal wait for my appointment. My dental technician was very friendly, professional, and patient with me regarding my care. Dr. Kratz likewise was very professional and friendly. He didn't rush me regarding any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleasant visit today! Sabrina as always, was great and so was Rachel! Dr Kratz was extremely thorough and explained quite succinctly a plan moving forward. Dr. Kratz is the caring dentist that you dream about. Thorough, caring, honest, personable and he does excellent work. You leave with the knowledge that your health is his number one priority. This office doesn't hit you with an expensive "game plan" laying out years of expensive work that many of today's dental practices (sales operations) prioritize over your dental health. Instead of wasting time selling you on redoing your last dentist's work, selling invisalign and other oral appliances, Dr. Kratz focuses on things like sophisticated oral cancer screenings with using the latest sophisticated equipment. Put your mind at ease knowing that you have an excellent Doctor looking out for your best interests and your overall health, not increasing revenues. Don't waste your time and money with one of the high pressure dental sales offices when you can trust the entire team at Creve Coeur Family & Sedation Dentistry.

The experience has been exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, taking time to understand our concerns and work us into the schedule.
