My situation was unique, but all to say Crestline Auto Transport did what was right. The quoted price was what I paid and not a penny more. They were extremely communicative from car pick up, to transport, before arrival and after delivery. They are grounded with over communication, and explained throughly the pathways forward until car delivery. Customer service and care, in my opinion, are apart of Crestline’s mission. They are reliable, professional, and centered on conducting trust-worthy business. Crestline promised and delivered. Good to know honest business still exists today.

The process was extremely easy. I booked them on Thursday and received the truck to watch Oklahoma from California on Monday. The driver was very professional of a truck arrived in the condition that it left the shop very happy and will be using them again.

This is the first time I have utilized a transport company. I purchased a new vehicle via the Internet. The vehicle was in Ohio but I live in Arizona. Crestline was absolutely wonderful to work with. Matt Wallis was my first point of contact and walked me through the process. I had a very specific delivery window and he communicated it to those scheduling the transport. Leo Sanchez was the person who scheduled the driver and communicated my delivery window perfectly. The transport left Cleveland, Ohio Saturday evening and arrived at my house in Phoenix, Arizona Monday evening - one day ahead of time. There were two drivers who traded off driving responsibilities. Leo kept me updated the entire time. My new truck was offloaded from the transport and parked directly in my driveway. Awesome service!! Crestline gets my full endorsement and I recommend them to anyone needing professional, on-time delivery of a vehicle.

Leo was very nice and extremely helpful, keeping me informed on every step of the process of getting my new SUV from Texas to Massachusetts. Although the truck driver was quite a bit later than what he had told me the day before, he was extremely nnice and very helpful showing me the vehicle and giving me somen education on getting going. I couldn't even get it into drive, as my car was a 2011 without all the new tech. Very positive experience and would highly recommend your company to anyone. They made a stressful time for me much better! Thank you very much Leo and I forget the drivers name.
