The experience i had with Cresswell transport was brilliant. The price was fair. The service was excellent. The driver was polite and friendly and helpful. The item they were moving for me was well wrapped. They picked up in time and arrived on time. I would definitely be using these guys again. 10/10
I was assisting my mum who'd arranged to move house with Cresswell. Simon and Jai worked hard all day despite the heat. They were friendly, patient, polite and super efficient! After getting delayed in the morning, they worked overtime to deliver results at no extra cost to my mum. I would highly recommend for any removals/clearance or general transport! My mum is most grateful, and I'm happy I didn't really have to do much! 😂

I had an amazing experience with Cresswell Transportation Ltd! Their courier service was fast, reliable, and handled everything with care from start to finish. Communication was excellent — I always knew exactly where my delivery was and when to expect it.
It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in their professionalism and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy courier service. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Cresswell were extremely professional, efficient, and accommodating for our move. No problems at all, and all done in quick time. Not only have I no complaints, but I will be using them in future moves.
They accommodated various needs, from moving heavy furniture, to securing fragile items, to allowing one of us to go with them in the van to open the door at the other end. I have nothing but praise for them.

Second time I have used this firm. Super efficient, so friendly and really do go above and beyond. Both occasions have been short notice and they accommodated for me. Cannot rate them enough.

Oh my god. These guys are so rudeZ cut me off the first time I called them as they couldn't understand a business arrangement then I called back and then was told some one would call me who then did call me and accused me of all sorts: this is a very poor service considering I wanted a service at the earliest convenience to them. No one would behave this way for business. Shame on them!!

As I the owner of this business said on the phone to you we will not tolerate abusive and racist comments towards our staff members as you did with a member of our team that initially took the call and went through a quotation with you the staff member called me in regards to your behaviour and asked me to give you a call so i called and was also screamed at and abused for absolutely no reason so i simply declined your job not one harmful or aggressive word spoken from my company
Also on the same day Manchester moving and storage another business you called and abused also declined to do the job for the same reasons and emailed me to let me know you did the same thing to his business your behaviour was un acceptable and on that basis we wouldn't be able to provide any services for you

I Highly recommend Cresswell, from the start of booking with Dave which was simple & straight forward to the removal & moving by Michael & Chris, an emergency slot provided & on time. A BIG thank you to Michael & Chris, for furniture removal & moving which went seamlessly up 3 flights of stairs ! They were considerate to my broken leg needs and were calm & friendly...I will definitely use this company again.
