Today was the third time we have used Creative Moving & Packing. And over a six year period there pricing has remained exactly the same. This time it was for our daughter. Obviously we highly recommend them. Because they're packing and moving is of the highest quality. They are quick, careful and professional from the time you schedule your move (Cassandra) to the last box delivered.
And they're fun! Which really makes a difference when you're going through moving. Sammy, Jose, Hilario and Ignacio thank you so much for packing up and moving our daughter. We are forever grateful

I have moved MANY times while my husband served in the Air Force. Never once did we have a move like the one my mom just experienced. Creative packed and moved my moms things from her home in the Phoenix area to Colorado Springs. It was a door to door move with the truck loaded on Monday and delivery on Thursday.
The entire crew was absolutely spectacular. Everything was packed with extreme care. Zero damage to any of the furniture (in fact, they repaired a sofa that was damaged in a previous move) because the crew expertly wrapped everything. My mom has a lot of stuff. Like, a lot. Not QUITE a hoarder, but the line is getting blurry. And they packed everything as though it was precious.
The Arizona crew were all personable and respectful. Above all, they were extremely patient with my senior citizen mom who is really sweet but was struggling emotionally with the move. Cam and Dom drove the trucks so were at both the onloading and offloading. Special thanks to them for going over and beyond to make this a smooth transition for my mom! The workers hired in Colorado were fast and hardworking.
Cannot say enough great things. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Creative Moving and Packing twice since 2024. We discovered this excellent company after using three other local and cross-country movers. In 30 years of moving across country three times and multiple local moves - too many to count, Creative has far exceeded every company and any expectations that we have had of what a moving company services should provide. Jesse and Cassandra have handled the scheduling perfectly - even providing the team from our first move to assist us with this last move. The guys, Nacho, Ivan, Roy and Jaime, are conscientious, helpful and listen to what we needed to have completed. Each one never hesitated to relocate boxes from the area I thought I wanted boxes unloaded to a new location within our home or garages. They were respectful of our wishes and of our belongings.
Moving is stressful enough without having the additional drama of non-caring individuals handle personal belongings. There are not enough kudos and words to express how happy my husband and I are with the assistance provided by Creative Moving & Packing. I will call Jesse every time we need any assistance moving anything. This company is also extremely fair in their pricing.

Renee and her team were SUPER polite, efficient, and SMART. And they didn’t charge an arm and a leg!
They arrived exactly on time, and had us out of a 10x25 storage unit in under an hour. Got us into the 2 story house, and set up our king size bed in record time.

I move a lot, and I've used several moving companies over the years, but this experience was truly chef's kiss. From start to finish, our move was absolutely flawless.
The team was incredibly personable, kind, and easy to be around. It genuinely felt like friends I'd known for years taking care of my belongings, making sure everything was handled with care and intention. What really stood out was how efficient they were without ever feeling rushed or careless, and most importantly, they weren't trying to milk the clock even though they're paid hourly. That alone speaks volumes.

They were very quick to respond and had an estimate of what I was looking to spend on my specific service including any fees they had as well. They actually showed up early, they wrapped up all my stuff with plenty of room in their huge truck. They got my stuff to the storage shed with zero issues or damage to my stuff.
