Follow-up: less than three weeks ago, I made contact because life and the pandemic got in the way of maintaining my teeth. In that time, I have received composite fillings (sorely needed), new bite planes on the way (also sorely needed) and a tooth cleaning scheduled for this week (yep, also sorely). I couldn't be more pleased. The bonus is how nice all of those people are.
I recently had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Chris, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt calm and cared for. The staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive, which immediately helped ease my anxiety.
During the procedure, Dr. Chris was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough. He explained every step in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. I was amazed at how quick and comfortable the extraction was—far easier than I had imagined. I felt truly supported the whole time.
Wonderful experience with professionals that are very down to earth, warm and caring. I can't say that I love to have dental work done, I actually fear it but I didn't feel a bit of pain. They explained everything to me in the simplest of terms. I have to say the experience was pleasant and I have no complaints. I'm so glad that my daughter recommended Creative Dentistry to me. I'll be going there from now on and would recommend them to everyone.
