I had a great experience with my kitchen remodel. The owner Mark was absolutely awesome and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision along the way.

We hired Mark and his team to help us with a kitchen remodel about 5 weeks ago. Before we even signed a contract with him, he had come out to our house a few times to talk with us about what’s possible to do with the space. After a handful of ideas it came down to budget, and he was willing to work with us and do anything he could within the budget to get us a more functional and efficient kitchen. Throughout the project, he kept communication with us about everything that was happening day by day and would update us if there were any changes. His team were all very friendly and we felt comfortable asking them any questions we had.
The project didn’t go without some complications though. We had a cable nicked while work was being done and the outlets on one wall in our bedroom wouldn’t work. We texted Mark that night and he got one of his guys out first thing the next morning to fix it. Near the end of the project, we found there was water leaking into our bathroom on the other side of the wall that we had a new washer/dryer unit put in. We reached out to Mark that same night and he got his team out right away the next morning to investigate. They had to break into the drywall and get the plumber back out to fix the leak. It was all done within the day and then the following day the wall was patched back up and we had our washer and dryer running again. It’s been a week since then and Eve is looking good and working great! Mark and his team are very attentive and efficient at what they do and you can tell that they take pride in their work and their relatonships with their customers. We highly recommend them for any home remodeling projects!
Whenever we decide to do more to our home, we definitely are going to be reaching out to Mark again. Our kitchen was worn down, had little counter space, not much storage, and had the water heater and washer/dryer taking up space making it very disfunctional. Now it is modern, cozy, spacious, and FUNCTIONAL! Thank you Mark and thank you to the Creative Concepts team for working hard to create a whole new space for our family!

Most recently, they fit in a laundry room remodel after water damage and delivered beyond expectations once again—especially with the gorgeous brick flooring in our new 4-Season Room.

Mark Wilkes and his awesome team from Creative Concepts Construction Company is the gold standard when it comes to whole house renovation and new home construction. Mark's team last year remodeled all three of our bathrooms which are absolutely beautiful. This year Mark's team completely remodeled our kitchen, den, laundry room and installed all tile flooring throughout the downstairs of the house. They also renovated our stairway and installed a beautiful industrial style stairway railings. We highly recommend Mark and his company! We had him re-face the front exterior of our house back in 2020 and the work was impeccable! Recently, damage occurred to our home and we immediately wanted Mark to return for the repairs, which he promptly agreed to do. Once more, we are more than pleased with the results. Mark and the whole team at Creative Concepts Construction worked hand-in-hand with my mom to deliver an absolutely beautiful 495sf addition to the family home so Mom could have her own space and be close to family at the same time. From the architectural design, to listening to the things she needed in her space, to helping choose materials that gave her the aesthetic she wanted but stayed within her budget, they were awesome!
