She explained everything clearly and made what can be quite a confusing process feel so much easier. Iâve used mortgage brokers in the past where itâs been difficult to get hold of them or get a response, but Jen has been the complete opposite. She has always been there when Iâve had a question and kept me updated every step of the way.

I honestly canât recommend this company highly enough! From the very first conversation through to completion, the service has been exceptional.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, were always happy to bounce ideas around, and found the right mortgage product to suit my needs rather than trying to push a standard solution.
What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. They did exactly what they said they would, kept me updated throughout the process, and there were absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected costsâjust transparent, straightforward advice from people who clearly care about their clients.

They made the impossible possible!
I was initially told by another mortgage advisor that I wouldnât be able to secure a buy-to-let mortgage because the first lender declined my application due to my foreign income. However, they didnât give up. They found another suitable lender and successfully helped me secure the mortgage.
They were experienced, knowledgeable, confident, and professional throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and they made what seemed like an impossible situation possible. I highly recommend their services!
Incredibly helpful, honestly wish I could give higher than 5 stars! I was incredibly nervous going into this process but they made it so incredibly smooth.

We worked with Chris and Barry on getting our mortgage as first time buyers. We didn't have any idea on the process but Chris took the time to discuss all our options and made it really easy and comfortable for us to ask questions so we fully understood the whole process.
From day one, communication with both Chris and Barry was amazing. They kept us up to date at every point from initial application through to approval. We came across an unusual policy one lender had on our property (nothing Chris/Barry could have anticipated!) and within a week we had an application and approval from another lender. Chris even called lenders before submitting our application to check we wouldn't run into the problem again.
We now have a mortgage approved at a great rate and we couldnt have done it without their advice and guidance. Id recommend anyone thinking of getting on the property ladder (or in any situation) to contact Chris and the team, as it takes what it a quite stressful process and makes it as easy as it possibly can be. I'll definitely be recommending to friends and family.
