After removing malware from my computer at a fair price and after I picked it up and got it back up and running I had questions about what he removed. He had explained it fully and showed me pictures on his cellphone but it was more than I could absorb at the time of pick up.
I wrote and he was happy to send me screen shots of what he showed me when I picked up and further explained what had been done/said.
