I was unaware of the policies. I thought I would be on my own once my PSU failed. Caesare has been nothing but patient and dedicated to helping me bring my nightmare of a PC back to life. I was wary about computer repair services after a bad experience in the past. John however, saved me not once but twice, cleansing my trauma of the past. Both times he was able to diagnose and fix my problem in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price while being kind and professional throughout. It may pain you like it did me, to entrust your rig to someone else but John won't do wrong by your or your machine.
