We had our crawl space done in January of this year. They did an amazing job! After we lost power from the ice storm, they came and checked to make sure our dehumidifier and pumps were working. The customer service is excellent! We had looked at other companies but crawl space Solutions was the best price for the work.

Hi JD. It appears that you enjoy giving 1 star reviews to crawlspace companies in the Middle Tennessee area, with whom you have obviously never done business. My guess is that you are trying to start a business of your own, and you thought that leaving 1 star reviews to your competitors would somehow magically make you successful. I assure you, it will not. A Christ like attitude, hard work, dedication to the highest standards, and customer service at the highest levels are what makes a business successful. I know this because it’s what has built my business for over 10 years. We receive 5 star reviews because we earned them. Focus on hard work and true customer service instead of hiding behind a fake name and giving fake reviews. I have no idea who you are, but I hope that deep down inside that you are better than that.
I can’t say enough about how professional, thorough, and just plain helpful this company was. Jarrod and his team responded quickly, worked us into their schedule on short notice, and helped us make an informed purchase decision ahead of a deadline. The entire team was top notch. We brought them in for a crawlspace inspection during due diligence. They crawled everywhere, documented issues, and gave us straight-shooting advice without the hard sell. As Mike Rowe would say, this company does one of those jobs that makes civilized life possible for the rest of us…and they do it with a level of customer service that is all too rare these days. Jarrod and Crawlspace Solutions did our crawl space encapsulation, sump pump and dehumidifier 5 years ago and we we were pleased with the installation and continue to be pleased with their annual service and follow-up. We had a complicated situation with being on a slope and having heavy groundwater and after talking to multiple companies, Jarrod offered the solution that we knew had to be available but that no one else suggested or could implement. Most recently, during the ice storm, we had an issue with the sump pump and Jarrod responded to my call immediately and then came out to fix the issue and upgrade the system as soon as he could get out - all covered under warranty. I work for real estate agents and have worked with and retained the services of hundreds of contractors over the past 10 years for our clients and I would put Jarrod and Crawlspace Solutions at the top of that list for their responsiveness, ingenuity, follow-through and consistency.

Jarrod and his team did an awesome job in fixing all the issues I had in my crawlspace. His guys showed up on time every day and Jarrod provided me an update all along the project. With the recent ice storms my thermometer under the house registered 59 degrees. Highly recommend Jarrod and his company!!!

The Crawlspace Solutions team provided a turnkey encapsulation of the crawlspace of my new home. Their services included the installation of a dehumidifier and they contracted a reputable electrician to run a separate service just for the dehumidifier. Note, Crawlspace Solutions was also the only contractor to encapsulate the foundation up to the top block of my foundation.

We initially heard about Crawlspace Solutions through a friend that had work done and was very happy with the results. We reached out and Keris (Project Mgr) came out to see our crawl, discuss our needs and provide feedback along with a quote. We'd had other vendors quote the job and Crawlspace Solutions was competitive and provided more clear direction on the job description thus we went with them. Jarrod, the owner, called just prior to the job date to confirm details and his team came and worked on the crawl for a few days. They were very professional, clean and answered any questions we had. Jarrod was also very honest and straightforward about some elements to the job we would want to consider. Didn't feel pressured. The end result was great work. Would highly recommend them, Jarrod and his team were great.
