These guys are top notch professionals and I can't put into words the gratitude I have for Dale Swain. I will use them again if needed no doubt and I am telling everyone I know that if they need a crankshaft there is no need to look anywhere else.

Really impressed with the crankshaft and bearing set, packaging was great. Sales person i talked to (Dale) was very informative, answered all questions, even checked for the exact stock they had. No issues. Thanks again.
the crankshaft i received worked great, but I wish their core return policy was a little clearer from the start. they will not refund my core charge because it was considered critical. this was not clearly stated when I purchased the crank and I am now $860 in for a crank I could have got off ebay for $300. Shop around before you buy from them.

This post is untrue! The core came in bent with multiple repairs – Unrepairable. We assumed Leo read the Core Return Policy and The Importance of Core Return links that could not be clearer. We asked Jodi to remove his untrue 1-Star Review and he responded that he did not have the time to read the small print.

5 times I called for credit,,,, they even deducted $35 for restocking fee ( after 2 weeks waiting)

I am sorry you had to wait but it takes time to receive and inspect the returned crankshaft. The restocking charge was communicated to you before you returned the crankshaft. It costs us much more than $35.00 to restock a crankshaft. The $35.00 is charged because the foamed box needs to be replaced and the crankshaft has to be inspected and repolished.
I have used these guys on my personal engines, and for my company's fleet engine work , for over 35 years, I brought some really bad cranks to these guys , they always went beyond what I expected.
Ordered a Crankshaft kit a few months back. It arrived and a couple of the bearings were loose in the packaging and got nicked. They sent a replacement right away with no issues. I installed the crank in my engine rebuild. 2500 miles later the engine is still running great. Great price, great quality, great support after the sale.
Good price on a quality crankshaft. Will be going back for the next crankshaft I need for sure
